We offer our complete range of food and liquid refill products with a click & collect option.
The service is easy to use, simply make your choice from the store option on the website, checkout online and collect on a day and at a time that is convenient for you.
You can collect on the same day as you order or chose a date in the future. When checking out state the day and time you want to collect your shopping and we will make sure it is ready for you.
Please leave at least one hour between ordering and your requested collection time. Collections can be made Monday to Saturday 10am until 6:30pm (last orders at 5:30pm).
We endeavor to have your orders ready within the hour where requested however during busier times this might be possible. Please wait to receive your order ready email before coming to the store to collect to avoid having to wait.
Please note for all liquid collections (excluding for milk) there will be a one off £5 returnable deposit for the bottles used for collection.

How will I know that you have received my order?

How will be order be packaged?
All food is supplied in recycled paper bags.
​
Some food items contain natural oils which may be absorbed by the brown paper bags. These food items may be packaged in different bags, in fully sterilised donated containers or will be double bagged to prevent natural oils seeping through onto other items; however, this may still occur.

Please note we will on occasion use boxes that have previously been used to store nuts or other allergen containing products in. If you would rather not have your order in one of these please state in the notes section when you check out.

Where do I collect my order from?
You can collect your order from the store at 127 Northenden Road. Sale Moor. M33 3HF. If you are collecting after 5:30pm the shutters may be partially down but give us a knock and we will meet you at the door.

Can I drop off my own containers to be filled?
Yes, if you would like your own containers filling make the order online as usual and make a note that you will be dropping off your own containers, bring them into store and we will complete your order as quickly as possible.

How will I know when my order is ready?
You will receive an email letting you know that your order is ready for collection.

Can I add onto my order if I forget something?
Yes, you can add onto your order up until midnight on the day before your delivery or an hour before your collection. This has to be done as a separate order, just return to the website and add any extras your need to your basket as normal. When checking out select click & collect and make a note that it is an addition. We will then know it is to be added and you will not be charged another delivery fee.

Will my food still be fresh?
Yes, we will pack your food as close to your collection time as possible limiting the time it out of the air tight containers used in store. We recommend unpacking your food as soon as possible and storing it in air tight containers.

How much can I order?
You can order as much as you like. For ease everything in the online shop is listed per 100g apart from herbs & spices which are listed as 10g. If you want more that 100g (10g) increase the quantity so for 500g of flour you would select 5 as the quantity.

How do I know what ingredients and allergens are in my order?
Ingredients and allergen information are listed on each product page. Allergens will also be highlighted on the label printed from the scales. Although we do our very best to prevent cross contamination in store, due to the nature of being a refill store we cannot guarantee no cross contamination has taken place.

Why do I have to pay a deposit for my collection bottles?
The bottles we supply your product in are of high quality in order for them to be safe, reduce damages and last for a long time. In order for us to keep this quality and continue the circular system it is necessary to ask for a deposit.

Please note you must add the deposit charge to your basket when you make your first order. Failure to add the deposit to your order will result in us not being able to fill the bottles until you arrive.

Do I have to pay a deposit for each bottle?
No, the £5 deposit covers all the bottles you will need while collecting from us. If you require more bottles in the future the initial first deposit will cover all of these bottles.

How do I get my deposit back?
If you decide you no longer want to collect from us simply bring all your bottles back into store in a good reusable condition and we will refund your deposit.

Can provide my own containers to be filled with liquids?
There are different rules and regulations with regards to filling in store and filling to collect so In order to comply with current labelling regulations and for hygiene and quality control we are unable to refill customers own containers when ordering online for click & collect.

You can still drop your containers off in store for us to fill but these must be weighed and paid for when they are collected rather than in advance.

How does the bottle return scheme for milk work?
All glass bottles are provided on a closed loop system. Meaning you by the bottle once and bring it back each time you want a refill. If you have previously purchased a bottle and intend to bring it back please select the returning bottle option from the dropdown menu on the product listing
