REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Fantastic – No Plastic.

​

Due to hygiene regulations all our food, liquid refill and bulk products are non-refundable. 

For all other goods we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

​

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return the item to the store for your refund to be processed. You will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages or Incorrect Item Received

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
•    Gift cards
•    Downloadable software products
•    Some health and personal care items

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds / exchanges for postal delivery items.

The above conditions apply for refunds / exchanges for goods received by post and also include the below.

To request a refund or exchange please email hello@fantastic-noplastic.co.uk with your order reference number, the name of the items you would like to return and the reason for the refund/exchange.

We will provide you with the returns address to send the item back. We will then inspect the returns and we will inform you of whether the return/exchange has been approved.

​

If the return is due to shipping error or damaged goods we will cover the cost of returning the item. In all other cases you are responsible for the cost of sending the item back.

​

Any items lost / damaged during the return of an item are the senders responsibility to follow up and claim directly ftom their chosen courier.

​

Once a refund has been approved, you will receive the appropriate amount within 7 days of the item being received by the brand. For an exchange, you will receive the item in the normal delivery time.

​

For any items lost in transit a refund or replacement will only be issued once Royal Mail has confirmed that the item is actually lost and not just delayed in their system somewhere. Royal Mail can take up to 30 days to report back on a lost item.
